Designed to meet the needs of landscape maintenance professionals, our M18™ FUEL™ string trimmer with QUIK-LOK™ provides you with more power than 31 cc gas trimmers and reaches full throttle in under 1 s and is part of the industry's most capable attachment system. The split boom cordless string trimmer is made up of two components the M18™ FUEL™ power head with QUIK-LOK™ and QUIK-LOK™ string trimmer attachment. This allows you to quickly swap out any of the 13 attachments on a single power head, delivering ultimate versatility and a lower cost of ownership. The Powerstate™ brushless motor delivers you the power to maintain speed in demanding applications without bogging down. The motor is positioned in the rear of the trimmer to provide the excellent combination of power, balance and maneuverability. The motor also has an advanced air-cooling system to sustain demanding applications for longer, increasing user productivity. REDLINK™ PLUS™ intelligence maximizes performance while protecting from overload, overheating and over discharge. The advanced electronic package also delivers instant throttle response, three speeds and a variable-speed trigger. The trimmer delivers excellent in class performance when paired with M18™ REDLITHIUM™ Forge XC8.0 battery (not included). The easy load trimmer head provides the ability to load up to 25 ft of trimmer line in under 30 s. Our M18™ FUEL™ string trimmer with QUIK-LOK™ is part of the M18™ system which is fully compatible with over 275 tools.
